VEN Detailing - Service Disclaimer and Non-Liability Agreement

By using our car detailing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Limited Liability

VEN Detailing takes every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of your vehicle during the detailing process. However, by proceeding with any services provided by VEN Detailing, you acknowledge and agree that VEN Detailing is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss that may occur to the vehicle during or after the completion of the detailing service, regardless of the cause. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages to exterior or interior surfaces, such as paint, upholstery, glass, trim, and mechanical parts.

2. Risks Associated with Vehicle Detailing

You understand that certain services (e.g., waxing, polishing, engine cleaning, upholstery cleaning) carry inherent risks, including the possibility of minor imperfections, streaks, or unintended effects on certain materials. While we strive to provide the highest level of service, VEN Detailing cannot guarantee that no adverse effects will result from the use of products or methods applied during the detailing process.

3. Pre-Existing Conditions

You acknowledge that VEN Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, such as scratches, dents, stains, or any other damage that existed prior to the service. Our services are designed to improve the appearance and cleanliness of your vehicle but do not eliminate pre-existing imperfections.

4. Insurance Disclaimer

VEN Detailing maintains general liability insurance for our business operations, but this insurance does not cover any damage to vehicles in our care. Customers should ensure their vehicles are insured against any potential risks.

5. Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to inform VEN Detailing of any sensitive or fragile areas of your vehicle prior to service. This includes but is not limited to custom finishes, aftermarket accessories, or parts that may require special care. VEN Detailing will take reasonable steps to avoid causing damage, but we are not liable for any damages that may occur if proper warnings are not provided.

6. No Signature Required

By accepting services from VEN Detailing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above. No signature is required for these terms to be legally binding. Your use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
